Nicole Ziza Bauer is writer and editorial consultant with over a decade of experience in magazines (print and digital), food and travel journalism, and brand voice architecture. She’s passionate about stories that both widen the world and sharpen its focus, believing that there’s always more that can unite us rather than divide. A lifelong Italophile based in Bassano del Grappa, Italy, she’s also an advocate for never giving up on a dream.
