Melania Acquaviva

I am a first generation Italian-American from Bensonhurst, Brooklyn; home of Villabate Alba and La Festa di Santa Rosalia, also known as the 18th Avenue Feast. I am a proud mom of three beautiful children, and a wife to a wonderful husband. As a home chef, I owe my passion for cooking to the best mamma anyone could ever have. After losing both of my parents, I find that cooking dishes from my childhood keeps their memory alive and honors my Sicilian heritage.
