Michael Gulotta

Born and raised in New Orleans, Michael Gulotta is a Chef-Partner of three restaurants in the city: MoPho, Maypop, and TANA which is his latest and most personal restaurant venture to date. He is a five-time James Beard Foundation Awards semi-finalist for “Best Chef: South,” and in 2016 was named to Food & Wine’s “Best New Chefs” annual list. In addition to being a well-respected and highly acclaimed chef, he is also a passionate and outspoken advocate for well-being in the hospitality industry, he co-founded #FairKitchens in 2018, calling for change by showing that a healthier culture makes for a healthier business.
