Renato Poliafito

Renato Poliafito is a two-time James Beard nominee and the owner (and manager, and HR department, and handyman, and PR rep) of Ciao, Gloria, a bakery and café with a decidedly Italian accent in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Dolci! is his fifth cookbook, but he considers it his first “solo album.” He enjoys traveling and not traveling in equal measure.
