A Culinary Arts graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, Julie honed her skills at Food Network and Saveur magazine before becoming a prolific recipe developer, publishing thousands of recipes and appearing regularly on morning and lifestyle shows.</p>
<p>Her love for Italy—its rich culinary traditions, legendary wines, and warm hospitality—led her to branch into curating and hosting boutique culinary tours.
