Spring may technically be here—but the ski season isn’t quite over yet, and we believe the après-ski season, specifically, is worth extending as long as possible.

And the Après Italiano cocktail from Holiday Vodka, served at New York City’s Pearl Box, is the perfect way to enjoy après from home, year-round if you please.

“After a day on the slopes, I want something to feel refreshing and restorative,” says Hebert Moreira, general manager.

Moreira calls the Après Italiano an “easy sipper” with characterizing flavors such as creme de flora—softer and tea-like, Chiot and cinnamon—which provide an understated bit of medicinal bitterness, and a splash of orange.

Anna Goldman, founder of Holiday Vodka, said the connection between her brand and Pearl Box was instant.

The drink was conceptualized following Holiday Vodka’s launch party—which was, of course, après-ski themed.

“Both brands are rooted in après ski culture and have nostalgic nods to 70s glamour—suddenly, the Après Italiano was inevitable,” Goldman says.

Holiday Vodka and Pearl Box shared the recipe for the Après Italiano to try at home whether you’re hitting the slopes at the end of the ski season or just want to test a new, tasty sip.
