Basic Pasta Dough

Ingredients

1 pound 1 00 flour
9 oz 9 eggs (roughly 5 large)

Directions

Add flour to the bowl of a food processor.
With the food processor running, slowly add in the whisked eggs.
Once the dough starts to come together, remove to a clean surface and gently need for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cover with plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Using a pasta roller, roll out pasta dough in sections to a #7.
