How to Make a “Rixway” from Our Aperitivo Expert

This week's cocktail is an eponymous aperitivo from our in-house specialist, Riccardo Massetti of Cremini's Aperitivo & Kitchen. Take a look and try a "RixWay," a mix of prosecco, red vermouth, and grapefruit juice. Cin-cin!

Ingredients

  • 1 1 cocktail glass of ice

  • 1 part 1 Sweet Vermouth

  • 1 part 1 Grapefruit Juice

  • 1 part 1 Prosecco

  • 1 slice 1 orange

Directions

  • Add Sweet Vermouth to cocktail glass.
  • Add Grapefruit Juice to cocktail glass.
  • Add Prosecco to cocktail glass.
  • Gently stir.
  • Garnish with orange slice.
  • Enjoy!
