<p dir="ltr">Eva Santaguida was born and raised in Calabria, Italy. She learned how to cook in the best environment possible: a small Italian village where no restaurant survives because everyone’s Nonna is the best chef in town! She and her husband, Harper Alexander, are the creators of the popular Italian cooking YouTube channel, Pasta Grammar, where they share authentic Italian food through a humorous video format. They quickly found success on the platform after being named one of YouTube&#8217;s “Creators on the Rise.” Their brand has expanded as they serve their customers and fans with unique merchandise, video cooking guides, Italian language lessons. and an enormously successful series of culinary tours where they take eager foodies on ten-day trips through southern Italy.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Harper Alexander worked as a cinematographer in Hollywood before meeting his wife, Eva Santaguida. She immediately started sharing the food of her country with him, and he was shocked at just how different (and better!) it was from the “Italian” food he thought he knew. Harper and Eva are the creators of the popular Italian cooking YouTube channel, Pasta Grammar, where they share authentic Italian food through a humorous video format. The Joy of Gelato: How to Enjoy Italian Ice Cream this Summer

<p>By training, Chiara Montalto Giannini is an actress and a writer, but she has been cooking since before she can remember. As an actress and a writer, her solo play, <i>A Brooklyn Love Story &#8211; </i>based on the decade she spent living in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn with her grandfather &#8211; was produced Off Broadway at the Cherry Lane Theatre in New York and at Theatre 68 in Los Angeles, where it was directed by Ronnie Marmo. Currently, she is the Director of the Writers Guild Initiative, a non-profit affiliated with the WGAE that shares the tools of writing and creative expression with different communities. She&#8217;s also a proud member of SAG-AFTRA and the Dramatists Guild. At Appetito, Chiara will share recipes from her childhood and those she has learned through her extensive pursuit of Italian food both here and abroad.</p>

<p>Alessandra “Ale” Gambini (1971-2024) was a SoCal-based Italian food writer, cookbook author, recipe developer, host in online food programs, Italian brand ambassador (Matilde, Vicenzi), cooking instructor, IICCT certified chocolate taster, and a WorldChefs Accredited Tea Master.</p>
<p>Born and raised in Milan, she learned how to cook and love good food from her beloved grandmother, Nonna Fernanda.</p>
